The service
SKOLAMAT provides school-management tools through a web application. Features, onboarding scope, support and prices are those stated in the school's accepted proposal or agreement.
Website and service terms
These terms describe the basic conditions for using the public SKOLAMAT website and, where a school subscribes, the SKOLAMAT service.
Accounts and authority
Users must keep their credentials secure and use only the school records and actions they are authorised to access. A school is responsible for assigning appropriate roles to its users.
Trials and billing
The public price is prepaid and payments are recorded by an authorised platform administrator. Schools are not automatically debited. Trial, grace and read-only rules are confirmed during onboarding.
Referral programme
One valid referrer may be attributed to a genuinely new school; the first valid application wins, self-referrals and duplicate or existing sales relationships do not qualify, and SKOLAMAT may correct or reject abusive attribution. A qualified referral requires commissioning and confirmed initial payment. The referred school receives a one-period 10,000 FCFA discount. A referring school receives 10,000 FCFA of renewal-only credit per qualified referral, capped at 300,000 FCFA in lifetime valid grants. Credit is applied automatically to a future subscription renewal, never reduces the amount below zero, carries forward without expiry while the school remains active, has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, refunded or transferred. It applies to overall network billing for the school that earned it. Acquisition offers do not stack; reversals use compensating records. Programme changes apply prospectively, and the Platform Administrator resolves attribution disputes. Marketing agents have separately negotiated, uncapped commissions paid outside SKOLAMAT.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another school's records, upload unlawful content, disrupt availability or use automated means to abuse public forms or accounts.
Availability and changes
We maintain and improve the service and may deploy security or reliability updates. Any material contractual commitments, service levels or custom work must be recorded in the school's agreement.
