Information we collect
The demo form collects your school name, contact name, telephone number, city and an optional approximate student count. Schools using SKOLAMAT also provide the records needed to operate their authorised workspace.

This notice explains how Benorine Technologies AB, the operator of SKOLAMAT, handles information submitted through the public website and the SKOLAMAT service.
How we use it
We use demo-request information to contact you, understand your school's needs and arrange a walkthrough. Operational school information is used only to provide, secure and support the service.
Who can access it
Demo requests are made available to authorised SKOLAMAT platform administrators. School records remain separated by school and are available only to authorised users and service providers needed to operate SKOLAMAT. When a school applies through another school's referral link, the referring school's eligible staff may see the applicant school's name and referral status, but never its contact, identity-document or payment details.
Retention and protection
We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, contractual and support obligations, security, and applicable legal requirements. We use access controls, audit records and tenant separation to protect it.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete public-site contact information, subject to legal retention requirements. You may also contact us if you no longer want follow-up about a demo request.
